1. Who we are

Love More Organization ("Love More", "we", "us") is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization based at PO Box 1658, Loveland, CO 80537, United States. We operate this website and the fundraising campaigns published on it. By using the site or making a donation you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a donation or to act as a campaign organizer. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions made through the campaign page and processed by Stripe. Love More does not store payment card details. Once a payment is successfully processed you receive a receipt by email.

Love More applies a platform fee of 5% to each donation to support verification, platform operations, hosting, payment infrastructure and donor support; Stripe processing fees may also apply. Fees are shown before you confirm payment. Where offered, additional voluntary support for the platform is optional.

Campaign goals are fundraising targets. Funds raised may be delivered according to the campaign's applicable terms even if the goal is not reached.

4. Campaigns and organizers

Campaigns are published only after Love More has reviewed the beneficiary's identity, the supporting documentation and, where applicable, medical reports, treatment estimates and invoices, together with the relationship between the organizer and the beneficiary. Organizers must provide truthful, complete and current information and must keep supporters informed through campaign updates.

Funds are released according to the disbursement structure applicable to each campaign, including payments to beneficiaries or care providers where appropriate.

5. Donor messages and public content

Only verified donors may post messages of support. Love More does not create or display fictitious donors, messages, or amounts.

Your name, donation amount and message are displayed on the campaign page only according to the privacy preference you select at checkout, including anonymous giving. Messages must be respectful and relevant; we may hide or remove any message that is abusive, misleading or otherwise inappropriate, and you may report a message to us for review.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the site to provide false or misleading information, to impersonate any person or organization, to raise funds for purposes other than those stated in a campaign, to interfere with the operation or security of the site, or to violate any applicable law.

7. Refunds

Donations are generally final. Campaigns may be paused or removed if material information cannot be verified or if the campaign violates these Terms; in that case new donations are stopped while we review. Where a refund is available, it is issued through the original payment method. To request one, contact us at [email protected] with the donation date, amount and the email used at checkout.

8. Privacy

How we collect, use and display personal information — including payment processing through Stripe and the display of donor names and messages — is described in our Privacy Policy and Donor Privacy page, which form part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Love More name, logo and the design of this site belong to Love More Organization. Campaign stories, photos and updates belong to the organizers or beneficiaries who provided them and are published with their permission. You may share campaign pages using the sharing tools provided; you may not otherwise copy or reuse site content without permission.

10. Disclaimers

The site and the campaigns are provided "as is". While every campaign is reviewed before publication, Love More cannot guarantee the outcome of any treatment, the timing of any disbursement beyond the campaign's applicable arrangements, or that a campaign will reach its goal. Tax-deductibility of a donation is subject to applicable law and the organization's charitable status.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love More Organization is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from a donation, and our total liability to you in connection with any donation is limited to the amount of that donation.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Colorado.
