Donor Privacy

1. What is displayed

Your name, donation amount and message appear on the campaign page only according to the privacy preference you select at checkout. If you choose anonymous giving, your name is replaced by "Anonymous" on the public page. Your email address is never displayed publicly. You may ask us to hide or remove a message at any time.

Campaign progress reflects real processed donations only. Only verified donors may post messages of support. Love More does not create or display fictitious donors, messages, or amounts.

2. Anonymous giving

Donor names and messages are displayed publicly only according to the donor's selected privacy preferences, including anonymous giving where available. Where the donation form for a campaign does not offer an anonymous option, the donation is submitted as a named donation; if you have questions about donor privacy before donating, please contact our team.

3. Your email address

The email address you enter at checkout is used by Stripe to send your receipt and by Love More to answer your messages and keep the records required for our charitable and tax obligations. It is never displayed on a campaign page.

4. Messages of support

Messages must be respectful and relevant; we may hide or remove any message that is abusive, misleading or otherwise inappropriate, and you may report a message to us for review. Messages of support remain on the campaign page until you ask us to remove them or the campaign is closed.

5. Receipts and records

Stripe processes payments and sends receipts on our behalf; Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment data it holds. Love More does not store payment card details. Donation records are kept for as long as needed for our accounting, charitable and tax obligations.
