Campaign review
Before a campaign is published, our team reviews the beneficiary's identity, supporting documentation, medical reports when applicable, treatment estimates, invoices, and the relationship between the organizer and beneficiary. The "Verified by Love More" indicator appears on a campaign page only after that review is complete; campaigns without it are still under review.
Campaigns may be paused or removed if material information cannot be verified or if the campaign violates platform rules. When that happens, we stop accepting new donations for the campaign while the situation is reviewed.
Funds and fees
Campaign progress reflects real processed donations only. Love More does not create or display fictitious donors, messages, or amounts.
Funds are released according to the disbursement structure applicable to the campaign, including payments to beneficiaries or care providers where appropriate. Campaign goals are fundraising targets, not conditions that must be reached before funds can be distributed.
Love More applies a platform fee of 5% to support verification, platform operations, hosting, payment infrastructure, and donor support; Stripe processing fees may also apply. Fees are shown in the donation form before you confirm payment. Read more under Where your money goes.

Documents on request
Organizational documents are provided on request. Write to us with the subject "Document request" and tell us which document you need; we reply by email to the address you write from.
Looking for the receipt for a contribution? Stripe emails it as soon as the payment is confirmed — see Will I get a receipt? for replacements.
Raise a concern
If something on a campaign page does not look right, or you believe a message of support is abusive or misleading, tell us. Include the campaign name and, where relevant, the date and amount of your contribution.
